We hope to have a more in depth study on this later on in the week. But for now take note
- Where the red and green lines intersect is a very dangerous place to be long the spread without a stop out.
- If the market breaks the quadruple top the black circles show, look out above.
- This chart is a little behind. The spread is approx 75 now.
- The upward Green channel is broken. But sideways (time based) through a channel line is not a significant as a vertical break.
- Look for the sideways channel to dominate for a while, (70-80 is the range for the moment)
