B3 reported adj net income of R$524m (-23% q/q, +10% y/y) including CTIP3, net income of R$209m (-56% y/y) including CTIP3 and IFRS EPS of $0.141 (-25% y/y); on net revenues of R$941m (+7.6% y/y) including CTIP3 and adj OpEx of R$252m (+8.5% y/y) including CTIP3. B3 expects FY17 adj OpEx of R$1.05b-R$1.10b, and CapEx of R$250m-R$280m. B3 paid an interest on capital of R$140m , or 50% of IFRS net income. BoD increased to 14 members, from 11.
