And the GOP Nomination goes to....Donald Trump!

According to Associated Press, GOP frontrunner Donald Trump on Thursday reached the number of delegates needed to get the nomination. "Trump was put over the top in the Associated Press delegate count by a small number of the party's unbound delegates who told the AP they would support him at the convention," AP said.

The billionaire needed 1,237 delegates to win the nomination for president and based on AP's calculations, he's at 1,238. "With 303 delegates at stake in five state primaries on June 7, Trump will easily pad his total, avoiding a contested convention in Cleveland in July."

Meanwhile, President Barrack Obama is at the G7 summit in Japan and had some interesting things to say about the outspoken candidate. In a press conference, he said that world leaders are "rattled" by the Republican nominee and "for good reason."

"They are paying very close attention to this election. I think it's fair to say they are surprised by the Republican nominee. They are not sure how seriously to take some of his pronouncements," he said.
