In a resounding dismissal of Donald Trump’s latest foreign policy suggestion, even North Korea wants nothing to do with the presumptive Republican nominee.
In a response to Trump’s interview with Reuters last week, where he said that he would be willing to sit down and talk with North Korea’s dictator Kim Jung Un, the state has said that is not something they are interested in.
In an interview with Reuters, So Se Pyong, North Korea’s ambassador to the U.S., said that the idea of Trump talking to the nation’s Supreme Leader was “nonsense.”
He dismissed Trump’s latest comments about North Korea as “propaganda.”
"It's for utilization of the presidential election, that's all. A kind of a propaganda or advertisement," So said in the interview. "This is useless, just a gesture for the presidential election."
"There is no meaning, no sincerity," So added.
Not only is Trump alienating US’ allies, insulting U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron, but even America’s rivals don’t respect him.
I guess if Trump is elected he could hire Dennis Rodman to be the U.S. ambassador for North Korea – at least the former NBA star has a good relationship with the Supreme Leader.
North Korea’s dismissal of Trump adds to the list of foreign leaders who want nothing to do with him.
Here are just a few to give you an idea:
China’s government has called him a bigmouth and a clown
Cameron has called him stupid, wrong and divisive
Alwaleed bin Talal Alsaud, a member of the Saudi royal family, said he was a disgrace. Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto compared Trump’s tone to Benito Mussolini.
The only people who actually support Trump are other crazy wing nuts like Russian President Vladimir Putin and French rightwing politician Jean-Marie Le Pen, who has a snowballs’ chance in hell of being the President of France.
Oh and let’s not forget white supremacists love Trump
