The email scandal continues to drag Hillary Clinton’s campaign, especially now with Wiki Leaks founder Julian Assange stating that there is more emails to come, which might be enough to indict her.
“We have upcoming leaks in relation to Hillary Clinton,” he told Robert Peston of ITV News on June 12. “Wiki Leaks has a very big year ahead.”
The Democratic presumptive nominee has been under scrutiny for not following proper procedure to protect classified information.
“We have accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton…we could proceed to an indictment,” Assange said. “There’s very strong material both in the emails and in relation to the Clinton Foundation.”
One example he gave was an email that Wiki Leaks already posted that showed Clinton instructed her staff to “violate classification procedures in the United States.”
“Of course, I think personally a lot of these procedures are ridiculous but Hillary Clinton has been pushing to prosecute others and so has Obama who violate technically these procedures,” he added.
Assange also brought up other emails that show Clinton’s involvement in Lybia and went as far to refer to her a “lethal war hawk.”
“In relation to wars, the emails we revealed about her involvement in Lybia and statements by Pentagon Generals revealed that Hillary was overriding the Pentagon’s reluctance to overthrow Gaddafi because they predicted that the post-war outcome would be something like what it is, which is ISIS taking over the country,” he said.
So does that mean Wiki Leaks founder endorses Trump? Not quite...
“I think Trump is a completely unpredictable phenomena, you can’t predict what he would do in office,” he told the host.
