Remember "Joe The Plumber?" Well, he's back and has publicly given his support to Republican presumptive nominee Donald Trump.
Joe Wurzelbacher saw his first 15-minutes of fame during the 2008 presidential election when his interaction on taxes with then-Democratic candidate Barrack Obama went viral.
He is making the media rounds again, appearing on Fox Business, to defend the billionaire GOP candidate.
"A lot of people are afraid to speak their mind anymore and again that's something that Donald Trump has been able to go out there and he speaks his mind, regardless of what the consequences," he said. "Media lives on sound bites, so they take the first couple words and they plaster that everywhere. Donald Trump doesn't care, and a lot of people are starting to get that."
Joe even had some things to say about the backlash Trump is getting on his Muslim ban immigration policy.
"When a lot of people talk about 'he wants to ban Muslims in the country,' no, he wants to put a pause on it that way the FBI…can do a better job if given more time to vet out people coming in here," he explained. "We really need to pause a bit and make America safe again. It’s not bigot, it’s not a racist, it’s just keeping the American people here safe."
