It’s been all about the Donald so far in this election cycle, as he sweeps the nation state by state and is now frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination. This has the GOP running in cirlces.
And, with the GOP nomination just a few months away, many are now questioning if the Republican party will have to resort to a contested convention.
“I think the odds are in favor of that,” former congressman Ron Paul told Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business Friday. “I think the Republicans will do everything possible.”
But Trump might not budge and his party feels "threatened" by the fact that he's being his own boss, Paul said. “He likes trouble and he doesn’t mind threatening people, so it’s a mess.”
When asked if he can support Trump, Paul simply said: "No, I couldn’t do that.” (#SorryNotSorry)
But, what is the big deal? Who cares if Trump wins....
“Trump is going to be the most efficient in using the executive orders,” Paul suggested. “I think Trump will be 10 times worse [than Obama] on writing orders because he’s used to doing this and brags about it. He wants to be the boss.”
