Intro- John Podesta is a Blockhead

Here Podesta increduluously uses email to inform others to get rid of their already hacked emails. And that very email is also hacked. How utterly stupid do you have to be to continue to use a medium for conducting nefarious business that has already been compromised? Do you want a guy like this handling our national interests? Do you want John Podesta or any of this gaggle of bubble boys negotiating with Lucy Van Pelt over a football?

1. "..We are going to have to dump those emails"

 

 Summary: John Podesta signals criminal intent to mislead and delete emails, something the Clinton campaign has denied for months.

Podesta to Mills- “On another matter....and not to sound like Lanny, but we are going to have to dump all those emails so better to do so sooner than later"

  The Breakdown

  1. ​​​Podest wrote to Mills right after the New York Times story broke about Hillary's private email server. The congressional subpoena came two days later.
  2. They planned to destroy evidence knowing they would be subpoenaed, which happened the day after the email. They hadn't gotten the subpoena as of yet.
  3. Regardless, it is illegal  under spoliation, which means if you don't have a subpoena in hand but its reasonable to assume one is incoming, it is still illegal to destroy evidence.
  4. Bonus points: Somewhere in Podesta's mind he thought "It would be impossible for them to hack us again, right? I'll just email everyone."

2. Podesta's Pal Will Be Overseeing the Reopened (Huma Abedin) Email Case  

Summary: John Podesta's very close friend and DOJ AG Peter Kadzik will be in charge of the new Hillary Clinton email investigation.

Podesta to Kadzik: "See you at Posto, 7:30-ISH"

Podesta about Kadzik: "Willing to help. Fantastic lawyer. Kept me out of jail. I'm sure Christine knows him. Wants to help."

Kadzik's son to Podesta: “John, I would love to find some time to connect and see if there may be an opportunity for me to help on the campaign. I have always aspired to work on a presidential campaign, and have been waiting for some time now for Hilary to announce so that I can finally make this aspiration a reality. Many thanks, PJ Kadzik (Peter's son)"

Kadzik's son to Podesta:"I would be very grateful for any support or guidance you may be able to provide in my quest to work on Hilary's campaign. Again, I hope all is well and I look forward to hearing back from you."​​

 The Breakdown

  1. 650,000 emails were found on Huma Abedin's shared laptop with Anthony Weiner,  sent from Hillary's hidden email server
  2.  FBI re-opens their Hillary email investigation.
  3.  Abedin is Hillary's closest confidant and long time top aide.
  4. The DOJ will aid in the review of the emails.
  5. The DOJ's Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik wrote a letter to Congress explaining that they "will continue to work closely with the FBI.."
  6.  The1st quote is Podesta, who had dinner with Kadzik one day after Hillary's Benghazi hearing.
  7. The 2nd quote is Podesta praising Kadzik and claiming Kadzik "kept [him] out of jail." -Kadzik got Podesta off for perjury during the Lewinski case
  8. The last quotes are Kadzik's son asking for a job on the campaign, based in no small part on Podesta's relationship with his dad.
